We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Beautaine products.

Returns If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@beautaine.com. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
